Annual Subscription

Martina's Annual subscription provides care for children and adolescents between 0 and 18 years old.
Most of our patients sign up for the annual subscription. It serves as a membership and provides guaranteed access to Martina Children's Hospital medical care, unique availability and safety:

• Visit to emergency ward and paediatric departments
• The most convenient visiting times, when you want to come
• Short waiting times and fast treatments
• Only paediatricians and paediatric nurses taking care of your children
• Possibility to have the same doctor every time
• Sufficient time to examine a child and talk with the parents
• Familiar environment - like coming to the 'doctor's house'

Included in Martina’s Annual subscription:
Martina's Annual subscription is valid for one year from the day it is signed and paid for. It includes all the medical care and treatments that can be performed by our doctors and nurses at the hospital. Those services are defined as Martina’s Health Care Services and they cover the most common ailments children usually suffer, both in need of emergency ward and/or a paediatric specialist. If you have the Annual subscription you pay 200 SEK per visit or phone consultation with a physician. There is no limit in number of visits in one year, the subscription does not require health declaration and there are no exceptions made for children with chronic diseases.

Not included in Martina’s Annual subscription:
There are a number of medical care services and examinations that cannot be performed by our own staff, with our resources and/or on our premises, such as X-rays, a number of laboratory tests and some surgeries. Those services are defined as Martina’s External Examinations & Procedures. If your child would need any of those services, you would pay from a separate price list. If you do not agree with the cost we will write a referral to a suitable clinic within the public children's healthcare system.

One to six children under the same subscription
The Annual subscription may include one to six children that are closely related to each other, such as siblings or cousins. Anyone who stands as a subscriber (customer) and who is responsible for payment of the subscription need not to be a parent of any of the children. For example it can be a grandmother or grandfather.

Fee: 206 SEK per month and discount for more children
A subscription for one child costs 2 350 SEK per year or 206 SEK per month by direct debit (autogiro). With each child added to the subscription there is a significantly discounted price. In addition to the Annual subscription fee, there is a visiting fee of 200 SEK per visit or telephone consultation with a physician.

Ordering and payment
The easiest way to order Martina’s Annual subscription is by clicking on the link below, where you may fill out and submit an electronic form. In mail you will receive information about the date when your subscription is valid from.
You can choose to pay monthly by direct debit (autogiro) or the entire subscription fee in advance by invoice that we send you by mail after you submit the order. While submitting the information please specify how you want to pay.
If you choose to pay monthly by direct debit (autogiro), please download and fill out the form for direct debit. Please submit free postage to the address on the form.

You can also order a subscription by sending an email to abonnemang@bsmartina.se. Please provide your full name, complete address, telephone, e-mail address and social security number (personnumer) of a child/children included in your subscription. Please write a note if you wish to pay by direct debit (autogiro) or by invoice in advance.
