Cancel a visit

If you contact us within 24 hours prior to the visit you can cancel or reschedule an appointment with one of our paediatricians at a paediatric department at no cost. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the visit or if you are absent without cancellation, we charge a fee of 200 SEK.

 

You can cancel your appointment via an automated voice mail by phone 08-406 23 70 (pushbutton 2) or via email meddelande@bsmartina.se- indicate the child's name and the date and time of the visit you wish to cancel. This service is available at all times.

Are you considering signing up for the Annual subscription or you are curious to see how Martina Children's Hospital looks like and/or is operating? You can always come and have a little guided tour. Apply for Martina's Annual subscription

Martina's Annual subscription gives you access to medical care services at Martina Children's Hospital. Yearly fee is between 1150 SEK and 2350 SEK, depending on number of children covered by the subscription.   Read more
